MADE IN AMERICA - MORE BIRTH PANGS IN THE MIDDLE EAST
 Here we go again, the United States is now supporting , with it's 86 million dollar pledge more war and bloodshed in the Palestinian Territories. So, you thought you made your point about not attacking Iran, just look again, and now you see that rather than a peace plan this US adiministration wants to escalate civil unrest in yet another area.
Do you know why this is happening? Because this administration does not know how to negotiate peace, it only knows continuous war ! It wants to maintain it's most lucrative enterprise, the military machine - but it has no "worthy" enemy, it makes up enimies.
According to a recent report from Reuters, having obtained a sensitive US document, all of the US support goes into bringing Fatah and Badr soldiers into Palestine to crush Hamas - the democratically elected government of the Palestinians HERE . They keep fanning the flames of this phantom Iran participation in subvertion and proxy activity, which has suddenly become ubiquitous - absolute nonsense! What will happen is more suffering and pain for the Palestinians, and of course, Israel is just jumping for joy over this possible carnage.
What do our newly elected representatives do about this? NOTHING, just like they have done since they have taken office, they are part of the junta!
Essentially, this US money will be used to bring in some 13,000 troops so they can guarantee a good bloodbath.
In the perverted mind of this administration they think people are going to believe that this is all about the war on terrorism, and that the shitty Israeli occupation is just an extension of this same war. Well, neither the war on terrorism, nor the occupation have anything to do with terrorism - that much is crystal clear any thinking party.
In the meantime the US is funding gun running (through proxy sources), and the Israeli border guards who have banned everything from food to medical equipment are allowing these weapons to get through their check points. Part of the money is supposed to go for "civil training" of these mercenaries so that Fatah can further subdue and beat down a wounded people. In fact, the US is lining up donors to help with the expenses - but who is still a secret.
Essentially you have another proxy war which the US is supporting inside of the Palestinian territory. Not that this is any different than the past, where money has been lavished on Israel indiscriminately which has given them the power to commit occupational atrocities - it is just that we are becoming more direct in the same process.
If I am not mistaken I believe there is a growing concern, or should I say alarm, about what this country is doing in the name of the war on terrorism. It is nothing but an imperial design, a very dangerous and bad one, that will bring nothing but more bloodshed and horror to that region.
The time for having the "great American enemy" is over, it is past time to cut down the military industrial complex. None of our so-called representatives listen to the people, they fawn over the elite, they follow the design of an elite which is desperate to maintain control over the world and feed their ever famished corporations.
Wispering in their ear, through AIPAC, inside consultants, is this Zionist element which does not want to seem irrelevant to their chief donor, so they encourage unrest in the area so the money will keep flowing into their coffers. They link their situation to ours, and both positions - that of the war on terror, and the illegal Israeli occupation, is UNACCEPTABLE!!
They do not give a shit about the United States, nor the disenfranchisement of the people, all they want to do is maintain their violent welfare state to acheive their own twisted illegal occupational goals. THE PEOPLE NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE AND MAKE IT CLEAR THAT WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT THIS DIRECTION, CUT OFF THIS DESTRUCTIVE LEACH WHICH INFLAMES THIS DEBACLE FURTHER, AND THAN WE NEED TO TAKE THIS COUNTRY BACK BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!

 I don't know about you, but I am getting sick and tired of hearing this big mouth constantly bloviate like he is king of the universe! This born again Zionist who writes spurious books and tries to challenge anyone who even questions these atrocious acts that come from God's light unto the world.
I mean, listen to this bombastic bravado - while he howls at the international community, and specifically at Iran which has not lifted one finger to attack Israel. This paranoid chant coming from this self-appointed bully , who the hell does he think he is?
DINGBAT DERSHOWITZThis is nothing but an attempt to expand the already languishing illegal occupation of Iraq. While I am at it, what gives any Western power the right to invade other nations in this region? Who died and left the United States in it's will as the sole beneficiary of who will advance in this world and who will be left to languish under the iron hand of Imperialism?
 What is now this Zionist abberation called a State, that continues a genocidal course on the Palestinians, which constantly attacks it's neighbors like Lebanon is caliing for Iran to stop nuclear advance? This country which now is reported to have some 400 nuclear weapons? Which has shown unrestrained aggression, defy's any international mandate. Now one of it's prominent spokesmen gets up and declares war on Iran?
This bombast, Dershowitz, who claims the "never again" of the holocaust reaches into the bowls of Nazi doctrine to brandish this demonic doctrine of pre-emption? Granted, both Israel and the United States seem to be leap-frogging over each other to see who will commit the next atrocity by this deviant doctrine. Listen to this dellusional man while he is taken apart like a mechanic by Dr. Finkelstein, he can't even defend his own spurious writings -

Of course he would, because Israel is the only other country before the United States that codified torture into law. All the "ticking timebomb" scenarios regarding the use of torture are complete bullshit.
Anyone who knows anything about the employment of torture knows it is not a reliable source for information - you can get someone to confess anything under torture, including that they are a little teapot! Torture and tyranny are ALWAYS bedfellows, and the main use of torture is for the perpetrator to get the confession that THEY want, to support whatever their purpose might be. Plus, all it does is terrorize the community that it is practiced on to make them subserviant.
(Note the date of this interview, in the year 2003...) Back to this current diatribe about attacking Iran, a country that does not hold even a single nuclear bomb. Iran never called for Israel to be wiped off the map ("map" was not even in the original said statement), what was called for was the dismantling of the Zionist government, that's it - period.
It is high time, if this man represents the views of Israel for us to re-access this indiscriminate support of Israel. If the leadership consists of madmen who wish to employ the nuclear option against Iran.
In fact, it is time to re-access the influence of the AIPAC lobby in the halls of power, and it is high time that those who are in positions of inflence close to the executive branch of the government be expunged from the rolls of influence. THE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE WHAT DIRECTION THIS ESCALATION OF THE CURRENT DEBACLE IN IRAQ COMES FROM, THIS ATTEMPT TO BROADEN THE WAR TO ENGULF IRAN - IT'S TIME TO BRING THIS MADNESS TO A COMPLETE HALT, AND IT IS APPARENT THAT ONLY THE PEOPLE EN MASS CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS.

I have called this post "Inside Israel," because some wish to make a distinction between what takes place in the Occupied Territories from what takes place inside the borders of Israel. I have chosen to ignore this distinction because it is a pourous situation, whether inside the borders or outside the borders the same "leaders" make the decisions that effect both areas.

 I suppose I could have chosen a better title, but look at how overjoyed President Carter is, he is elated. One does not know whether to chalk it up to a sigh of relief or true joyous emotion, perhaps both. He has come to Brandeis, and does not have to face the hack clown Dershowitz, making you wonder who considered that scenario in the first place and why they did it. He is about to administer the "spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down," a sort of Mary Poppins argumentation. It is like a quack medication for a serious disease, this argument of Carter's - it does not matter because THEY ARE SO HAPPY TOGETHER HERE.
 He speaks about his displeasure of the ad hominem attacks upon his character, but does not question why this happened. Ad hominem is the last refuge of those who have no valid argument, it is born of deep seated hostility and defense to anything that would uncover the invalid nature of one's position.
This is their only argument lately, denial and accusation of antisemitism - that the person who levies the observation, even if they are an x-president with years of human rights activity, does not know what he is talking about. So he is only worthy of invectives and pedantic assassination.
He talks about the title of his book, which has the word apartheid in it - and than he says he used it for "provocation." As if to remove all validity from the outset, at the beginning, in the very title. In essence he says - "I did not mean it." It is not like the word has not been used before, by legitimate human rights groups and even from media inside of Israel itself! However, Carter backs off it, and the "spoon full of sugar" begins.
Than he says that he is talking about the "conditions inside the Occupied Territories" but not inside of Israel. Pardon me, is it not the same people who make decisions Inside of Israel, that make the decisions of what takes place in the Occupied Territories? Or are we talking about two different groups of people? Don't they reside in Tel Aviv? With the mantle of statehood one's leadership is always open to criticism, without being constantly branded anti-semitic.
If we were going to arrest those who made those horrific decisions inside the Occupied Territories would we arrest the alter ego's of those rulers in Tel Aviv and let their good sides go free? Simply laughable, we have the two faces of Janus here. This is an unwarranted dichotomy, simply a sleight of hand - it strains the bonds of credulity beyond all reason.
Continuing on, has President Carter ever looked at the status of Palestinian citizens inside of Israel? Has he looked at who resides in the prisons and the detainment facilities? Has he looked at the land and planning policies inside of Israel? Perhaps looked at the frequency of denial for the unity of family members?
If he has looked into this what would he pronounce? Perhaps prejudicial activity, bigotry - maybe, but would he see a connection between what takes place inside of Israel's borders (you must use the term border carefully, because Israel is always expanding) with what takes place inside the territories?
No, he sees it as totally different according to his definition. I would say one interprets the other, and it is only the mantle of statehood that keeps the Zionist rulers of Israel from doing the same thing to Palestinians inside the state as it does in the Occupied Territories.
 So, he continues to say that he does not mean to equate Zionism with racism, but that it's activity is the opposite of the tenets of Judaism. One needs to ask, if something acts the opposite of what it claims to be, might it be that it is not what it claims? He does not go into such incisive analysis. Zionism is like a charlatan cleric who wears the clothing of a man of God, does the clothing make him holy regardless of murder, and theft? Zionism does not equal the Jewish people, it is a spurious apostate group that has embedded itself in Israel's leadership - and the Zionists do not care about the Palestinians nor the Jewish people, which is amply displayed in the decisions and actions. Zionism does not equal Judaism, nor the reverse, Judaism is not Zionism.
So Zionism is not racist but it is murderous? It is not racist but it's leaders have said in the past that the Palestinians are "animals that walk on two legs;" and another time, when asked about the problem of the Palestinian people, the retort was "what Palestinians?" I don't know about you, but this seems like racism to me, with a heavy tinge of genocide.
President Carter says that "a lot of support comes from Christians like me who have been taught since they were 3 years old to honor and protect God's chosen people from whom came people like our Christian Savior, Jesus Christ." Indeed, it is this problem that is one of the main issues, Fundamental Christianity with an erroneous eschatology, that fuels indiscriminate support of Israel to the tune of multiple billions of dollars. more than any other country in the world.
It is this view, minus the discernment of Jesus who called the Scribes and Pharisees a brood of vipers, and children of the their father the devil. Zionism does not match these ancient reprobates exactly, but it produces the same murderous fruits that stoned the prophets. What Fundamental Christianity fails to realist is that indiscriminate support for the Zionists is like the support of Pontius Pilate who crucified their Savior, because the Palestinians qualify under the rubric "if you have done it to the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me!" Indeed, they support the same Imperialism, as depicted in Rome and now present in the U.S. National Security State, that had Jesus Christ crucified in early A.D. and is now on a mad crusade to subjugate the Middle Eastern region.
Than he goes on to say "Israel will never find peace until it is willing to withdraw from it's neighbors land and permit the Palestinians to exercise their basic human and political rights." This occupation is the main issue that inflames the Middle East unrest.
In a sense we should be appreciative that President Carter has brought this to a new level in the public arena. However the content and contradictory nature of his arguments, their tepid and timid condition, makes one question whether any remedy will come from this methodology.
Israel's Zionist leaders have not listened to numerous resolutions from the world community in the UN, they have brushed off the observations of human rights groups, and they have stopped their ears in regard to the 14 to 1 decision of the World Court. Israel's Zionist leaders have scuttled any peace process that has ever been attempted, by rotten offers and by inciting unrest. What makes him think that this methodology will suddenly make Israel capitulate? The wall keeps being constructed. Nothing that I can see the President doing will change the status quo, do you see some reason that they would halt their thrust with the former Presidents argument?
 I would maintain that a more direct approach is in order, and would observe that this methodology of President Carter, with all due respect, aborts the attempt to achieve success at the outset. First, all talk about antisemitism has to be taken off the table. The Jewish people do not equal Israel, and Israel does not equal the Jewish people. Zionism does not equal Judaism, it is a aberrant and apostate group in it's present form of leadership in Israel.
You cannot split the identity of Israel internal from it's acts in the Palestinian territory, the same leaders make decisions both internal and external - the IOF is not an independent entity from the Israeli government. Zionism is an apartheid and racist entity, at it's very inception it had nothing to do with promoting Judaism - that's why Carter's observation about it being out of sync with Judaism is undeniable. Until these facts are involved in any discourse the project for peace is stillborn.

CREATING CLASS CONSCIOUSNESS - WHO IS THE ENEMY?
 One of the primary reasons we are not effective in overthrowing a society of, by, and for the elite today is the absence of class consciousness. I do not mean some sing songy dumb - "well you have a lower class, and you have a middle class, and you have an upper class," in a sort of matter-of-fact fashion.
Nor am I talking about the sentiment "oh those poor people, wouldn't it be nice if some people who had more, gave something to those poor souls who have nothing." NO, I am talking about what is really happening - that there is a dynamic relationship between those who have and those who have-not, we will develope this today.
Instead of this class consciousness we have divisions, that is, divisions of race, creed, national pride, gender, or our specific "interest group" of choice. We find strangely enough that the state, it's institutions, and the entire structure is created for division - to pit one group against another, one ethnic group against another, one religion against another, one country or nation against another.
Indeed, while all of this tension and division is taking place, aggravated by the official "leaders" of what ever segment, a small group of people - an elite absconds with all the wealth. We have all of these awareness groups, how evil was done to one race or another, yet we find there is enough poverty to go around for everyone.
 Now, don't get me wrong - I am not saying that things like racism do not exist, and that horrible and painful things have not be done because of racism, it does exist. I am asking you why does it exist, and where did it come from?
From it's core it is a creation of an elite, who first used it (and to this day it is used the same way) to exploit certain regions, countries and continents. Take Africa for instance, not only has it been exploited and despoiled of trillions of dollars of it's riches, but the very human resources were stolen and upon their backs European and United States fortunes were built. Now, the elite do not believe that they are superior racially, but they cause the people to believe it - the rich just get richer.
Religious differences and warfare have been used since the beginning of time. Now, most people believe in religious freedom, but it has been the very differences in these creeds, the object of worship, that some have taken and used as a method of division.
War's have been launched, millions of people have died, and all this in the name of religion. However, the same peculiar thing happens in these instances - a small group of elites profit while the rest of the population languishes in poverty and dies in the wars their leaders have called for. The people actually swallow and believe these stories regarding the contrary religious group - but the elite don't, they laugh and get rich.
 Essentially, we have all of these divisions and interests while the few become richer by the second, and the poor get poorer. Yet within all of these divisive ranks no one speaks of unity, no one sees that the same old repetitive song keeps being played. All of these individuals that hold to these divisions are plunged into poverty and hatred, if they were put back to back the line would stretch for a thousand miles.
 The gap between the rich and the poor, take for instance, in the United States is larger than any other country in the developed world - the top 1 percent own over 70% of the wealth. There is no longer any way for the people to bridge this gap, and while those at the top have been totally engorged the common worker's wage has realistically only risen 1% !!
Yet, with all these signs around us, the repetition of the same ills that causes the working people to remain divided, we have never sought in earnest true unity. They are bedazzled by the media images that tells them everything is alright, yet they continue down the road of disenfranchisement. Katrina should have given you a clue of what direction we are taking.
Entire industries are built to their demise, like Walmart, so they can all think they have a piece of the action - so to speak, but they pay more for less. They live in fantasy worlds thinking that they are something that they are not. The good jobs are drying up, many going overseas, and there is increasing debt with less and less ability to pay. Their so-called representatives do not listen, they only listen to a monied elite, that are represented in Corporations.
Whether you are black, brown, yellow, white, Christian - Muslim, whatever - many have the same problem, they are poor and getting poorer. It is now being spread all over the world, the elite franchise is growing. You watch shows that tell you you can be a rock star but your not, a superhero but we are all so vulnerable, and game shows that have great prizes that imply how easy it is to get these things, and yet we have very little quality of life.
We have been turned from citizens into consumers, and the country which was supposed to be ours now belongs to the chosen few. WE NEED TO UNITE ACROSS THE NATION, ALL OVER THE WORLD. WE HAVE A PERFECT MEDIUM FOR IT, THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AND THEY ARE TRYING TO AXE THE NEUTRALITY. WE NEED TO ADOPT OUR OWN AGENDA AND JOIN HANDS, REFUSE TO BE DIVIDED BY THE TOOLS OF A CORRUPT ELITE - UNITE AGAINST THEM. RAISE UP OUR OWN THAT WILL TRULY REPRESENT THE PEOPLE, AND TAKE BACK OUR LIVES.

You might think this is a current poster to stop nuclear weapon deployment against Iran, but it actually is an old Russian poster opposing Western fascism. Isn't it amazing that the concerns are still the same, and they always seems to gravitate back to the worse case scenario?
This is the endgame of fascism, they always pull the nuclear card - especially when the country they aim to bomb cannot strike back with the same devastation, and the fascist thrust is losing. Nothing stands in the way of insane fascism now, as the government rides atop a corprate beast without conscience.
Unfortunately this is the answer we are getting for the war of aggression on Iraq, and all of the elements are coming together for nuclear engagement. So what is the reason for this escalation to the nuclear option? Is there another nuclear power opposing us? NO. Has Iran said they will use weapons of mass destruction? NO.
The reason for using these nuclear bombs is because, the US can do so if it wants to. I am not kidding, you can find this in their joint nuclear operations report HERE .  This is what happens when you give a portion of the government the ability to wage war (the executive) of what was supposed to be joint responsibilities. Couple with this the so-called doctrine of preemption, which is just the unearthing of the condemned Nazi aggression of yesteryear.
So far in this escalation we not only see a troop surge, but the movement of the weaponry to strike - aircraft carriers moved into the Persian Gulf, Patriot missles deployed, F-16 fighter planes sent to Incirlik base in Turkey, nuclear submarines sent to the Persian Gulf, the cnage in command to Admiral Fallon at Centcom, Israeli pilots training for bombing missions, and provocations to incite reaction in Iran.
So what is the source of this madness? They have given this administration free reign, the entire "checks and balances" crew, the other two thirds of this joke of a government.
Some say it is just because they are weak, others say it is because this is the extent of the presidents power as seen in the Constitution - I believe it is neither, it is because they are all COMPLICIT in the same course! They bow to the same elite powers, and are nothing but the servants of a moneyed elite who want to bilk the world.
 There is not one shred of proof that Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapons program, just a suspect "suspicion." If they slow down the enrichment the finger is pointed that a secret program is going on elsewhere, if they speed it up it causes "international concerns," damned both ways.
To be frank we are following the same course we did in the buildup to attack Iraq by crying out "weapons of mass destruction" when their were none, does anyone learn from the past anymore? Frankly, I do not think learning is the issue, what is happening is a complicit agreement in every area of the current government, fueled by the fourth column, to strike Iran.
In the meantime we have a psychopathic support for this administrations madness in the Christian Fudamentalist camp, who have an apocalyptic dream - so why polish the brass on a sinking ship? You have the fuel of Zionist Israel complicit in the madness, as the "Middle East experts" who encourage and want to participate in the madness.
All of the other branches of the government are complicit, with the hope of pinning war crimes on the executive branch when the nuclear dust clears. WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE? WHEN WILL THE PEOPLE WAKE UP AND REMOVE THE COUNTRY FROM THIS MAD COURSE, BECAUSE IF IT IS NOT FORTHCOMING WE WILL ALL BEAR THE CONSEQUENCES.
